Dale Reitsma has an extensive history in the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Communications industry designing radios and radio systems, overseeing Hardware and Software engineering efforts, product development and Sales and Systems Engineering at Daniels Electronics Ltd and Codan Radio Communications since 1996. Most recently he was the Director of Business Development & Innovation and VP of LMR Engineering at Codan Radio Communications.
He has a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. He is skilled in all aspects of LMR radio design and systems, Mobile Communications, and Radio Frequency (RF) & Microwave Engineering. He is a strong engineering professional with a recent (2016) Master’s of Engineering (MEng) focused in Software Defined Radios, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Dale possesses extensive experience in Project Management, SR&ED, GAAP Engineering Capitalization, NRC-IRAP, ISO 9001, FCC & Industry Canada approvals, as well as Agile Scrum for HW & SW projects. He has managed and landed Complex Sales Systems Opportunities using Miller Heiman and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. He was the company technical representative for the TIA P25 TR-8 Engineering Committee since 2004.
